MMG Clinical Specialist Intern Program

A hands-on, immersive clinical internship designed to train the next generation of surgical support specialists. Interns gain real exposure to operating room workflows, implant systems, inventory management, and surgeon-focused support – far beyond observation-only programs.

Program Overview

The MMG Intern Program gives students direct exposure to the clinical, operational, and business sides of medical device support. Interns spend time inside the OR observing workflow, assisting with inventory, assisting with the sales process, learning instrumentation, and supporting MMG representatives during live procedures.

What Interns Learn
